It's been a tough time for multifamily investors lately. Good deals are hard to find, but when one comes along, don't miss the bus!
After I presented a deal I've found last week, the response was overwhelming! So I'm not the only one looking for a good place to invest it seems. :-)
The preliminary numbers look good, it will cash flow 8%+ from DAY ONE, barring any major changes. We've got another meeting with the Broker at the property later this week, so I'll be able to get more granular into the details.
